Our Mission

 Sisters in the Fight Breast Cancer Foundation is driven by the unwavering passion and dedication of sisters Kristin Sizemore and Jennifer Rau. Their  mission is to transform personal challenges into a message of hope, strength, and support for those affected by breast cancer. Through initiatives such as Bags of Hope, Swing Fore Hope, and the generosity of donors, Kristin works tirelessly to raise funds that directly benefit cancer fighters and their families. The foundation’s proceeds are used to support programs and address critical community needs across Texas. By making a meaningful impact in their local community, Sisters in the Fight strives to offer hope, care, and resources for those who need it most. 

 Sisters in the Fight Breast Cancer Foundation works hand-in-hand with local businesses and community partners to raise funds that support women battling breast cancer and their families. These collaborations make it possible to fund vital programs that provide emotional care, financial assistance, and everyday support. By coming together, we are creating a community rooted in strength, compassion, and hope.

Swing Fore Hope is an annual charity golf tournament created to support organizations that assist cancer fighters and their families.  

The Fourth Annual Swing Fore Hope tournament will be held Monday, May 4, 2026 at Painted Dunes Desert Golf Course.  Proceeds will benefit Texas Tech Health El Paso's student led programs that provide life saving screenings and treatment to underserved and uninsured women in El Paso.  

The inaugural tournament, held in 2023 at Coronado Country Club in El Paso, raised $10,000 for Kesem at Rice University, which offers a camp for children whose lives have been impacted by a parent’s cancer diagnosis.

Through events like Swing Fore Hope, Sisters in the Fight is proud to make a meaningful impact on both local and broader cancer-related initiatives.

To date, Swing Fore Hope has disbursed $35,000 supporting breast cancer fighters and their families.
